Terms of sale
1 — Who we are

2 — Scope
These terms apply to every sale made on iamcurrently.com and are accepted when you place an order. We may update them; the terms that apply are those in force on the date of your order.
3 — Products
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Photographs and mockups are illustrative and not contractually binding. Slight variations in colour, print placement or cut are inherent to print-on-demand production and are not defects.
4 — Prices
Prices are shown in the currency displayed, inclusive of tax and exclusive of shipping. Shipping costs and the total payable are shown before you confirm. We may change our prices at any time; the price that applies is the one displayed when you order.
5 — Orders
The sale is concluded once payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order in case of a previous dispute, suspected fraud or unavailability, with a full refund.
6 — Payment
Payment is made online through the methods offered at checkout. Transactions are secured by our payment provider. We do not store any card details.
7 — Delivery
See our Shipping Policy. Where no timeframe is stated, delivery takes place within thirty days at the latest. After that, you may cancel the contract following a formal notice that has gone unanswered, under Article L216-6 of the French Consumer Code.
8 — Right of withdrawal
You have fourteen days from the day you receive your order to withdraw, without giving any reason and without penalty.
To exercise it, send us an unambiguous statement at contact@iamcurrently.com, or use the model form below.
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition with tags attached, within fourteen days of telling us. Return shipping is at your expense.
We refund everything you paid, including standard delivery costs, no later than fourteen days after we receive the item back or after you provide proof of return shipment — whichever comes first. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

9 — Exchanges
We accept size exchanges within fourteen days of delivery, in the same condition as above and subject to availability. Return shipping is at your expense; we cover the cost of sending the replacement.
10 — Legal guarantees
Regardless of any commercial guarantee, we remain bound by the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-3 and following of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code).
The legal guarantee of conformity applies for two years from delivery. It entitles you to have the item brought into conformity free of charge, by repair or replacement. You do not have to prove the defect existed during the twenty-four months following delivery.
11 — Liability
We are not liable for any failure to perform caused by force majeure, by the act of a third party, or by your own act — including improper care of the product.

13 — Governing law
French law applies. Nothing in these terms deprives consumers resident in another EU member state of the protection afforded by the mandatory rules of their country of residence.
