Where we ship
Worldwide.

Timeframes
Every piece is printed on demand. Allow 2–3 business days for production, then 3–5 business days for delivery. These timeframes are estimates and run from order confirmation. They may be longer during busy periods or if a parcel is held at customs.

Costs
Shipping costs are shown before you complete your order.

Local production
Your order is produced at the facility closest to your delivery address. Orders with several items may ship separately at no extra cost to you.

Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you when your parcel leaves the facility.

Customs and import charges
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes or handling fees may be charged on arrival. These are your responsibility and are not included in the price you paid. We cannot calculate them in advance. If a parcel is refused for this reason, shipping costs are not refunded.

Incorrect addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully. If a parcel is returned because the address was incomplete or incorrect, reshipping costs are yours.

Lost or damaged parcels
Email contact@iamcurrently.com as soon as you can. We will open an enquiry with the carrier and arrange a replacement or a refund where appropriate.
